Mandatory Skill/Expertise
Candidates must possess at least 4 years of relevant business analysis experience gathering and documenting high level and detailed requirements, technical specifications, use cases, and test cases, for large-scale government enterprise application projects.
The consultant must have hands-on experience with all of the tasks and deliverables listed in the "Scope of Services" section, and must be able to work independently and with both functional and technical resources.
The individual must have experience facilitating and gathering requirements and be familiar with automating document based operations.
He or she needs to be a creative thinker and be able to function as a part of multi-disciplinary team.
Experience in TRIRIGA Implementations
Experience with other similar Computer-aided Facility and Real estate Management software e.g. Maximo
Knowledge of Data Modeling and Data Integration
