Position: Java Developer

Duration: 1+Years

Location: Franklin, TN

Rate: DOE

• 7-10 years as senior Java developer with skills using the Struts framework, JSP and JavaScript for the Web Tier, while using Oracle for the data tier.
• Degree Required
• Exposure to front, middle and back end processing while implementing industry design patterns.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills necessary to lead a Java development team of 3 - 5 consultants (onshore/offshore model) and interface with other engineers, architects and analysts.
• Industry knowledge of healthcare contract and modeling services would be most helpful.
• Extensive experience working in a lean/agile development environment.
• Extensive experience in setting up a continuous integration environment
• Extensive experience in TDD / Unit test creation
• Requires a strong track record in developing java web applications and console application using J2EE design patterns and Web Application Frameworks specifically using Struts. 
• Strong track record in working in Lean/Agile development environments
• PL/Sql in Oracle would be a plus
• Oracle TopLink would be a plus
