Urgent SalesForce.com Developer Need in IN, Must be local or nearby

• Must have a minimum  2 years of experience with Force.com
• 2 years with custom object development using Force.com tools
• Expert understanding of throttle and governor restrictions of SFDC and Force.com
• Experience with integrating SFDC with external, back office systems
• Must be experienced in developing custom pages using Visualforce
• Must be experienced writing custom Salesforce classes and triggers using APEX as well as corresponding test classes
• Good understanding of Salesforce Administration to included Security setup/management, Sandbox management, Object configuration, Record Types
• Good understanding on code change management and application migrations between sandboxes
• Experience with creation of Salesforce Reports, Dashboards, and Report Types
• Experience with Chatter is a plus
