| Summary | Client is looking for a Sr. SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant with extensive subject matter expertise and who has the skills and experience to handle the responsibility of a single site system configuration of SAP plant Maintenance Module in a manufacturing environment. The consultant will lead process development, gap analysis and application configuration efforts. He will work closely with the client technical team and Plant maintenance Organization. |
| Responsibilities | · Work with business to identify the required capabilities and impacts to configuration in order to support business requests. · Development of functional and system specifications · Conducting Fit/Gap Analysis and business / process modeling · Facilitating client workshops · Facilitating client and internal presentations · Actively performing knowledge transfer to client employees · Communicate and work with people of all levels in a team environment. |
| Required Skills | · 8 – 10 + Years of Functional experience in SAP · 5 + years of functional experience in implementing SAP Plant Maintenance module with multiple clients. · MUST have multiple FLC implementations in SAP PM with at least 1 – 2 of them in an manufacturing environment. · ECC 6.0 · 3 + years knowledge of integration points and the order in which these must be executed · Must be well versed with SAP PM Processes and understand integration points between SAP PM and other SAP Modules e.g. FICO ,MM · Comprehensive knowledge of Maintenance Notifications, Technical Objects, BOMs, Task Lists, , Service Purchase Orders ,Measuiring points / Counters ,Equipment Management ,Maintenance Plans, Break Down Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance , Split level maintenance etc. · PLUS : Functional background working in Manufacturing Plants prior to the SAP experience · PLUS - Costing Experince · Excellent communication and client facing skills with demonstrated leadership qualities. · Relevant SAP Certifications a PLUS |
