The ABAP Developer is only needed for 5 weeks, all of which must be onsite in Columbus, OH, Mon-Thurs.

Responsibilities:
·     Develop Complex ABAP Programs in BW 7.0 using Function Modules.
·     Build Function Modules for PDF, CSV conversions.
·     Develop BW-ABAP programs to convert Query Outputs to PDF, CSV formats using Function Modules.
·     Modularize the program for reusability.
·     Build Programs to automatically rename Query Descriptions with Characteristics from Cube.
·     Build Program to Mount Query Outputs to APP Servers and Unix Servers.
·     Build Automated Process to Run Background Jobs with different variants.
Qualifications:
·     Previous experience with writing ABAP code to ftp files to different location.
·     Previous experience with writing customer exits in BW and dynamically populating those exit variables and possibly modifies the saved query variant on the fly.
·     Good understanding of BW Queries/Reports and outputs.
·     Extensive knowledge of core BW ABAP Programming (Reports, Function Modules, SAP Scripts, BDC, DDIC)
Object Oriented Programming.
·     Good knowledge of developing ABAP programs in BW using Function Modules
·     code optimization.
Strong analytical and debugging skills.
·     Information Broadcasting, Visual Basic & Programming, .Net, and VB Script/Shell Script Programming are nice-to-haves, but are not required.
