Work Location – Warangal, Andhra Pradesh 

 

·         2-3 year's experience as a Technical Recruiter.

·         Provide full cycle recruiting support; sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending and negotiating offers and on-boarding new hires. 

·         Format and edit resumes for submittal to end clients/customers 

·         Participate in facilitating the employee referral program and the communications around the program 

·         Experienced with various recruiting sources including job boards, job fairs, and networking sites. 

·         Delivering quality candidates under tight deadlines 

·         Familiar with various candidate management systems 

·         Network extensively in the marketplace to ensure we have access to the best and brightest talent for every search. 

·         Perform phone based proactive candidate and sourcing activities.

·         Must have experience searching, identifying, interviewing and closing candidates for various contract and full-time jobs

·         Must have proven ability to source candidates with the use of job boards, social media, and traditional networking techniques.

·         Must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills

·         Goal-oriented and focused on performance.

·         Can able to post the requirements in Job portals.
