Position : Performance Test Lead
Location : OH-Ohio/Columbus
Duration : 6 Months
Job Description
Expert in performance testing methodologies, including conducting a performance risk assessment, developing repeatable test scripts using appropriate test data, baselining / benchmarking performance, designing test scenarios to mimic various load conditions, and leading a team of technical resources through the iterative process of testing and tuning.
:Experience in Web / eCommerce architectures is required.
:Strong experience in HP LoadRunner / HP Performance Center.
:Exposure to JUnit automation and the Apache JMeter tool is preferred.
:Strong understanding of common Systems Development Lifecycle methodologies, including Waterfall and iterative approaches like Agile / Scrum.
:Independently documents and presents test strategies / plans to project and business leaders.
:Experience leading multiple resources on projects.
:Exhibits strong written and verbal communication skills with IT and Business audiences.
:Excels at working in a project environment and on cross-functional teams.
:Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience.
:5+ years' experience in software performance testing
