Job Title: Business Analyst.
Location: Raleigh, NC.
Duration: 6+ Months.
 
Required skills:
Minimum of five years of Business Analysis experience
Strong communication, organizational, prioritization and leadership skills
Detailed orientated with strong analytical aptitude
Familiarity with prototyping/mock ups -
Workshop facilitation experience
Experience in Use Case development
Experience in writing functional and user specifications
Experience with formal development methodologies including agile and iterative
Experience with various business analysis elicitation/analysis techniques
Experience modeling business processes and data and capable of drafting logical data models
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
Must be able to lead group discussions and be comfortable eliciting requirements from geographically dispersed stakeholders
Should feel comfortable and be adaptable in an environment with shifting priorities

Desired:
Clinical/Parma industry experience advantageous
Siebel experience is a strong plus
BS degree in Computer Science or related field
CBAP certification a plus
