Travel: 30%
Airline industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications:
Skills and Responsibilities include: - Experience on a team with the upgrade of a department or company of more than 2,000 Windows-XP workstations to Windows-7. Prefer experience with compatibility testing, mitigating issues and documenting solutions.
Experience with the technical terminology introduced with Windows 7 and the ability to communicate to others in the organization.
Understanding of concepts in the Windows 7 operating system, Active Directory, Microsoft Windows Registry, and Windows programming principles.
Experience in waterfall methodologies for documenting requirements and use cases.
Prefer experience being a liaison between infrastructure groups and developers within the IT portfolio.
Candidate will interface with multiple development teams in the department but also interface with the Project Management team, Field Engineering, and other infrastructure groups.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Excellent written communication skills.
