- Consultant must have experience in Siebel Marketing 8.1 Implementations with OBIEE

- Consultant must have experience in Siebel Marketing Upgrades to 8.1 & Analytics to OBIEE Upgrade

- Review the fitment of 7.8 current functionality into 8.1 Siebel Marketing features & suggest any changes

- Provide the high-level technical design approach as per fitment document

- Review & approve the technical design document
