Title: ETL DataStage

Location: OLYMPIA, WA

Duration: 1 Year

Rate: $/Hr

Open seat description: Support the creation and maintenance of Data Replication mechanism from IMS to DB2. Create IBM Infosphere Datastage jobs to initially load target database and jobs to maintain them based on changed data captured from the source database. Maintain appropriate documentation of jobs and data flows. Participate in design session with senior team members.

Required skills:  • IBM Infosphere DataStage product experience required. (5+ Years) • Strong verbal communication and experience in consulting with senior business SMEs to elicit requirements • Strong written, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have skills: • Data transformation of legacy data to relational databases • DB2 V 8+ for z/OS • Linux/Unix/AIX • SYBASE ASE • an understanding of XML • Dimensional Modeling • Cognos BI V 8 - 10 • Scripting languages (Bash, BAT, REXX...)
