Location: San Diego, CA
Duration: 8-10 months
Rate: $50/Hr
Responsibilities:
• Maintain expert understanding of technical best practices for Unix systems and provide recommendations for improvement
• Install, configure, and maintain Unix based systems (Linux, Redhat, Solaris, etc.)
• Develop strategies and perform post-provisioning tasks for backups, monitoring, alerting and disaster recovery
• Provide appropriate communication, facilitate bringing other parties together, and complete post resolution reporting for high severity incidents
Qualifications:
• Proficiency in managing Unix Systems in a ESX VMware environment
• Preferably experience in SAN/NAS with NetApp and EMC, F5 Networking, Oracle environments.
