·         Performance Testing Lead

·         Tools : Load Runner with HTTP / Web / Web Services

·         Monitoring Background with Wily / HP Diagnostics

·         Average Analysis & Reporting Skills

·         Around 5+ years of experience in Performance Testing field

·         Good Communication Skills

·         Must be very flexible due to variance in work load and timelines for executing tests
