Project Details:
Client's Standing teams are working in Agile Model. Requirement is for Scrum Masters who are experienced in IT who can facilitate the Agile Teams in meeting their goals
Job Roles / Responsibilities:
Scrum Master will take responsibility for facilitating the Scrum teams in
1)Delivering the User Stories
2) removing impediments
3)tracking the progress in burn down charts and other scrum artifacts
3)arranging planning meetings and review meetings
4)work with product owner for clarifying requirements
5)plan product and sprint backlogs etc
Must Have Skills: Scrum Master experience (Should NOT have PM experience)
Desired Skills: Business Analyst skills
