Job Title: Tester (CPOE Must)

Location: Malvern, PA

Experience Level      8+ Years 

Start Date: Immediate

Duration: Long Term

No. Of Positions: 3

Pay Rate: DOE

 

Participate in high quality analysis, planning and testing of software being developed, identifying risks to product quality

 

·         Analyze, plan, define, design, and execute test plans for new feature functions

·         Analyze escaped defects (Root Cause Analysis)

·         Reviews, evaluates, recommends and prioritizes request

·         Follow testing methodologies

·         Participate in planning and estimating testing activities

·         Collaborates with development team to resolve issues

·         Work with cross functional teams to resolve problems

·         Define and create test data

 

Required skill set:

 

·         RN/BSN with a strong clinical background preferred

·         Knowledge and understanding of Physician Order Entry with an emphasis on Medications        

·         Soarian Clinicals and/or healthcare software testing experience.

·         Understanding of information systems, interfaces, and databases. 

·         Strong analytical skills with emphasis on problem solving.

·         Excellent written/verbal communication skills, attention to detail in completing work tasks, strong organizational skills, ability to manage time to meet deadlines and a mature and professional demeanor.

·         Familiarity with version control applications, such as Rational ClearCase, and formal testing tools, such as Quality Center, preferred
