Job Title:   Oracle Finance Functional – Direct Debit Process Exp
Location:   Bellevue, WA
Duration:   6+ Months

Skills Required – -Oracle R12 implementation with GL, AR
Educational Qualifications – Must have a BA/BS
Required Experience –   5-7 years with Oracle GL and minimum of 3 full life cycle implementations

Job Description/Requirements:
Specific
-Strong understanding  and experience with Oracle Payments, AR, and Integrations
-Experience need to include  a strong knowledge with customer banking and direct debit process
-Strong communication and inter-personal skills.  The resource will have to work across business end users, 3rd party vendor, and technical developers and will need to coordinate communications

Technical
-Strong ability to take ownership and resolve issues.
-Problem solving / testing skills.  The resource will need to help solution and resolve issues as well as lead all testing efforts
-Plan and coordinate deliverables, tasks and activities for Direct Debit solution.
-Review and approve functional requirements and designs
-Lead, conduct and perform functional design sessions
-Create and document business requirements, configurations, detailed functional designs, test plans and test cases and user training materials
-Ensure all project delivery documentation comply with project standards
-Must have the ability to conduct effective demonstrations (prototypes).
-Must have the ability to Interact with business users and management teams
-Works with end user groups to evaluate and solve design problems.
-Works closely with technical team (offshore and client team members) to ensure that customizations, if any, are developed according to business requirements
-Identify potential risks inhibiting the progress of the overall project from a business standpoint and report it to the Project Manager with a mitigation strategy
-Provide weekly status and risks to the Project Manager
