Job Description:

TOP 3

1.  4+ years of BSA/Systems Analyst experience

2.  UML Modeling experience

3.  Experience with technical requirements gathering, analysis & design

Nice to have

•Previous Experience on a state Department of Human Services project

•SOA Architecture experience

•Experience working with systems testing and test teams

Business Systems Analyst – Technical Analyst / Designer

•Primary skill set includes superior negotiating, analytical, group facilitation, and relationship management skills, must have an understanding of current information technology with an ability to conceptualize solutions to business problems in the most effective and cost efficient manner, ability to integrate solutions across multiple functional and technical environments 

•Current and progressive experience in requirement definition and documentation of business requirements, including facilitation of requirement gathering sessions related to Human Services public sector service delivery for single or multiple related entities 

•Experience related to Human Services business areas

oMedicaid Eligibility

oTemporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF)

oSupplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)

oLow Income Heating and Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)

oChild Care Assistance

oBasic Care

Strong consideration will be given to individuals with the following training and/or certifications: 

•SOA – experience/familiarity 

•Training in Object Oriented Modeling through use of Unified Modeling Language (UML) techniques

•Experience with Sybase Power Designer for business process modeling and data modeling

•Experience with requirements traceability and supporting tools

•Experience with systems testing

Experience

•Requires a minimum of 4 years of current and progressive experience in this role
