JAVA Swing Lead Developer 
Location:  Princeton NJ 
6 months 
Start date - immediately 

Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 
Experience: The ideal candidate should have 6+ years of Java development experience, 10+ years of Software development, must be a self-starter.  Experience in Java Swing and Java web application framework a strong plus. 
6+ years of Java Development 
10+ years of Software Development 
1+ years Java Swing work experience 
2+ years of any Java web application  framework 
Self-starter and able to work independently to overcome technical challenge 
(STRONG PLUS) work experience of Java Swing with 3rd party software 
(STRONG PLUS) work experience of JNI and C knowledge 
(PLUS) work experience on XSLT 
 (PLUS) work experience of interactive app 
(PLUS) work experience on XML schema/parsing 
 (PLUS) work experience in JBOSS and various Java Frameworks. 
Ability to learn new technologies quickly 
Able to solve problems quickly independently 
  
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 
·        Java 
·        Scripting Experience 
·        XML technologies 
·        Oracle
