Job Title:         Oracle R12 Time and Labour and Core HR Functional Consultant
Location:         Cleveland, OH
Duration:         6+ Months

Relevant Experience (Yrs)	4-6 years
Technical/Functional Skills	e first is an OBIEE Ø  At Least 1 full cycle implementation of Oracle Time and Labor module as a functional consultant Ø  Candidate should have delivered at least 3 projects in Oracle HRMS area. Ø  Candidate should have Strong concepts about Core R12 HRMS and specifically T&L. Ø  Candidate should have good communication Skills and requirement gathering skills  Ø  Candidate should have good knowledge of PL/SQL and Oracle Application Object Library.
Total Experience Required	7-10 years
Roles & Responsibilities ·         Requirement Gathering ·         Candidate will help in configuration, design and implementation of R12 Oracle Time and Labor module. ·         Will help Technical teams in understanding requirements ·         Will provide solutions using out of the Box functionality and where required provide solutions in form of RICE components ·         Once the consultant understands that then the consultant will create Business requirement documents and BR100s for setups then configure and design solutions to map requirement in form of BR30 (TO be Design). ·         To be design will be implemented in Pilot site. ·         Once pilot is up and running for two locations then candidate will help in putting forward plan for global implementation.   General Managerial Skills ·         Candidate must have onsite experience of communicating with Customers ·         Good written and verbal communication skills ·         Candidate should have understanding of various aspects of Implementation Project. ·         Experience as Project Lead is preferred.
Education ·         B.E/ B-Tech / MCA / MS /MSC (Computer Sc.) ·         Relevant Oracle Certifications will be added advantage.
