Skills  Expertise in VMware vSphere 4.x & 5.x design and implementation  Experience in VMWare Ops Manager  Expertise in confiugr and fine tune VMware environment  Expertise in Windows 2003,2008 administration Good understanding of Activer directory  Experience with P2V conversion tools like VM Converter, Platespin, Doubletake  Experience working with EMC/Storages in VM environment  Experience in Citrix would be advantage Experience on DC/Server migration projects  Experience in working with Blade technology  Experience in Scripting and automation of server provisioning
