Mandatory - JAVA, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, Struts, EJB 3, WAS 7, RAD 7, Web Services concepts, SOA, ESB, Security, SOAP and EAI Tools (e.g. DataPower XI50)
Good to have - Websphere Application Server, JBOSS, AIX, JDOM, CLI scripting and SOMA. Knowledge of integrating components and architecting will really help.
