-Must have:

Senior level developer (8+ years)

.Net/ Windows WPF experience (either/or–5+ years)

Ability to work independently, and with little direction / oversight

-Nice to have (Not required):

Proven Android experience (huge plus)

Data modeling expertise

Technical Architect/design experience
