Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Bloomington, IL

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Rate: $35/Hr To $40/HR

 

Task Description:

The resource will clearly and precisely document the detailed EUCP support process flows to ensure accuracy, completeness and efficiency, and to ensure clear handoffs and clear owners of each handoff in order to ensure that the processes are complete. 

 

Required Skills:

Understanding and knowledge of Converged Network Operational environments

Understanding and knowledge of Visio and Flow Chart creation

Understanding and knowledge of ITIL v3 concepts

Basic understanding and knowledge of Cisco UC products

Basic understanding and knowledge of Cisco Routing and Switching products

Good Communications skills and ability to work well with others
