Position: Spanish Sr. Test Analyst / Test Lead
No of positions: 1
Location : Mexico
Duration of the project: Nov 2012 – Nov 2013 (1 Year) … Extendable
Engagement: Full time / 6 month right to hire
Salary / Cost: Open
Task: Supporting the Country Test Manager with Test Stakeholder Management, Test Strategy, Test Planning & Scheduling, co-ordination and Tracking, Weekly Test Governance Reporting.
Should be willing to do hands-on Test Case Design, Test Execution & Reporting for different types of manual functional testing (SIT, UAT, Regression etc.)
Skills Set Requirements
· Language: Fluency in Spanish language with atleast 2 years of experience in speaking, reading and write in Spanish
· 5-7 years of testing experience in manual testing {Functional/Non Functional/Regression}
· Experience should include hands on experience in the following:
§ Developing Test Strategy, Test Estimates
§ Developing Test Plans for Systems Test, SIT, UAT
§ Developing Test Scripts (using QC)
§ Defect Management for Reporting
§ Test Progress reporting/attending meetings
§ Test Completion Report
· Knowledge of using Quality Center
· Should be able to design / develop test cases
· Should be able to effectively backup the Country Test Manager in day-to-day Test Leadership and Test Team representation, Lead Defect Review Meetings, JAD Sessions for Testing etc.
Desired / Nice to Have
· Life Insurance Domain knowledge; Knowledge of one or more Insurance platforms (e.g. TCS B@ncs) will be an added advantage
· Hands-on experience in test automation using tools like QTP, Selenium etc., will be an added advantage
· Experience in testing enterprise solutions in Open platform including packaged solutions like SAP, PeopleSoft, Siebel, SalesForce.com etc., will be an added advantage
· Knowledge of using QTP will be an added advantage
· Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus
Work Experience (please mention no of years & desired role)
5-7 years with atleast 3 years of experience in leading test missions in an onsite offshore capacity. Atleast 2 years in Spanish with fluency to read, write and speak in Spanish.
