Description:	Relevant Expereince: 3 to 5 years Mandatory Technical/Functional Skills: • Strong knowledge in PowerShell scripting and/or VB Scripting.  • Experience of Windows7, Office 2010 Upgrade/Migration • Building, designing, deploying, optimizing Windows desktop Operating Systems Windows 7. • Experience in using DISM, Microsoft WAIK and design experience in Zero Touch and Light Touch Deployments. • Deployment techniques using SMS, SCCM. Desired Technical/Functional Skills: • Experience in packaging of MSI and Non-MSI desktop applications using Install shield, and Admin Studio. • Excellent in Build Engineering and troubleshooting. Good understanding of Windows Client & Server OS, Group Policies, Security Templates. • Good in developing and customizing packages for deploying in a complex environment. • Design and Architect the applications for custom packaging and deployment. • Ability to identify and resolve software deployment issues. • Experience in monitoring, packaging, testing and distributing hot fixes/patches. Roles & Responsibilities: Desktop Engineer (Windows and Application Packaging) • Design and Architecture of infrastructure with latest technologies to keep up with industry • Collaborates to develop respective technical domain roadmap  • Implements road map with adherence to technology strategy including best practices  • Contributes to execution plans and executes technical infrastructure projects to upgrade or refresh supported systems  • Develops documentation including processes and procedures for consistent maintenance and support  • Develops utilities to automate repetitive tasks to reduce time of support • Identifies and leverages best practices among Engineering staff as well as within peer teams  Generic Managerial Skill: Need to be proactive and good at communicating things assertively Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree or Masters in computer applications, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCITP) Send Resumes to sampath.k@usgrpinc.com Regards SAM
