Must be able to combine the below in to on cohesive architecture, has to be very strong technically and be able to dive in to the individual architectures:

Data Architect

Data warehouse Architect

ETL Architect (Preferably Ab Initio)

Strong reporting skills (BO or Cognos)

Financial Services

Understanding of Market Data is a plus
