Job Title : OBIEE Admin

Location : Charlotte, NC

Duration : Long Term

 

  Mandatory Technical /Functional Skills :

 

Hands on strong technical candidate with experience in OBIEE Administration, OBIEE RPD Development, OBIEE Dashboard Development and Unix is a must

• Asset Management, Banking experience is must

• OBIEE Administration, preferably in OBIEE 11G on Linux. Not limiting to it.       • Able to support Migration - RPD, Catalog, Security (often outside business hours)

•  Scripting knowledge to automate tasks & simplify

•  Environment Support to User community, Service Request & Resolution

• Advocate OBIEE Governance team, Standards

• Support Upgrade, Patch activity, Installation, Environment Management, Performance tuning, 3rd party features Setup & Administration (Ex. Mapviewer, BIP)

•   Support Application Security, Entitlements & Migration

•  Knowledge of CSS, client side scripting for UI enhancements

• Relevant certifications 

• Strong technical abilities, analytical, negotiation, and troubleshooting skills

• Commitment to excellence and give high quality results

• Core strengths must include excellent communication and coordination skills

• Excellent understanding of IT and its alignment with business processes.

• Excellent understanding of SDLC, Agile

 

Desirable Technical /Functional Skills :

\

• Involve in various SDLC phases / Agile Methodologies

• Interacting with multiple stakeholders from various IT and Business areas

• Note: Often the Migration & Upgrade activity takes place outside business hours. Candidate must be willing to support accordingly.

• Work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and teams during project phases to deliver project on time and high quality

• Help define engineering best practices and provide technical mentorship
