MS SQL Admin:

1 Year

NYC,NY

 

·         Installation, configuration and upgrading of MS SQL Server RDBMS, OLAP server software and related  products

·         Establish and Maintain sound backup and recovery policies

·         Implement and maintain  database security

·         Set up an maintain documentation and standards

·         Perform general technical troubleshooting and give consultation to development teams

·         Perform database tuning and performance monitoring

·         Experience in code migration, database change management and data management through the various stages of the development cycle

·         Interface with Microsoft Technical Support to troubleshoot the issue.

 

Oracle Admin:

 

·         Good working Experience as Oracle database administrator.

·         Expertise in SQL tuning, performance tuning, AWR report analysis.

·         Should be competent in UNIX shell scripting.

·         Familiar with Perl, ksh, and bash

·         Familiar with data import / export with datapump.

·         Comfortable on working on unix env, such AIX, Linux.

·         Should have worked on packaged application database support

·         Ability to troubleshoot production issues with minimum turnaround time.
