Mobile Java Application developer. 

Duration:	6 Months   Work Location:	Chevy Chase, MD 20815    New mobile Android apps    Seeking highly motivated senior Java developer with excellent technical skills to join the Mobile team.   Must demonstrate ability to create web or mobile application frameworks using design patterns to solve application issues.   3+ yrs experience with web development or a multi-tiered application is highly desired, and a working knowledge of mobile technology is a big plus.       Additional Skills:	Required Qualifications:  5+ year Java/J2EE experience designing and developing enterprise applications  Experience creating and consuming SOAP/REST web services for a business application and communicating with external systems  Strong analytical and development skills to troubleshoot and performance tune web applications  Experience with caching frameworks and strategies  Ability to mentor developers and work well in a team environment  Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in fast-paced agile development environment  Excellent written, verbal and in-person communication skills.    Desirable Qualifications:   Experience with following: Java, Eclipse, Spring, Camel, JUnit, Tomcat, JBoss, Ant ,Splunk, Perforce, DB Visualizer, Coherence, Hibernate, JSON, XML  Experience with HTML5, CSS, JQuery, Groovy, Grails, Spring MVC is a plus  Insurance industry business knowledge is highly desirable
