•Worked extensively and expertise with TSO/ISPF, File-Aid, File-Aid/DB2, FTP, NDM, SPUFI, QMF, GDG, MQ series, XPEDITOR ONLINE/BATCH, SCR, CONTROL-M, JOBSCAN, PANVALET, ABEND-AID, RACF.
•Having very good experience in Relational and hierarchy databases like, DB2, IMS DB/DC and Adabas, and experience in creating embedded SQL applications.
•Strong knowledge in software testing processes, and software quality processes.
•Extensive experience in understanding the high level design doc and designing the low level specs. Strong experience in preparing and executing test plans and documenting test results.
•Expertise in creating and editing ESDS, KSDS, RRDS VSAM Data sets using IDCAMS utilities
•Strong leadership qualities, capable of handling and managing the teams. Very good at building team motivation/spirit and guiding the team to success.
•Strong experience in User Interaction, system development life cycle, Enhancements, migration and maintenance.
•Expertise with full Project Life Cycle, QA Management, Team Management and Documentation
•Expertise in ENDEVOR, CHANGEMAN, SCM version control tools
•Expertise in Sync sort, Dfsort, Ice tool, setting up the test environments.
•Having very excellent knowledge in Data masking.
•Expertise in doing Performance Tuning of Programs, Stored Procedures.
