1. 15-20 Minute Phone Interview with SFDC Lead.
2. Face-to-Face 5:00 – 7:00 pm about 2 hours = Decision!

REQUIRED SKILLS: -
Also multiple SFDC Consultant needs. All these positions require the
candidate to be an Apex for Salesforce.com developer with a very
strong preference for a java development background and folks that
have been part of integrating other systems as part of SFDC
imple-mentations. Often consultants and employees in big shops are
very siloed and tend to have very limited experience to a part of an
application as opposed to a more holistic understanding of the systems
they work on and integration of other systems.
Please look for these skills:
Sales-Force Tech: APEX Language, SOQL, SOSL, APEX
Trigger, APEX Classes, APEX Web Services, Visual Force (Pages,
Components & Controllers), APEX data loader, S-Controls, Force.com
APEX Explorer, AJAX, Workflow & Approvals, Dashboards, Reports,
Analytic Snapshots, Custom Objects, Force.com Eclipse IDE Plug-in
Competencies
Salesforce.com development experience as well as experience in systems
integration envi-ronments with large, complex third party solutions
coupled with proven expertise integrating solutions with other
applications within the overall technology environment.
Prior development experience developing in multi-tier environment,
preferably using Java
Demonstrative success with at least one large Salesforce.com
implementation/integration pro-ject
Some data architecture experience. Good solid experience in Apex for
Salesforce.com. Excellent knowledge of Salesforce.com architecture and
data model
Experience integrating Salesforce.com with other applications via
real-time, batch, sync/async
MDM experience a plus
Experience in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
Prior experience programming in core Java and J2EE environment
