* 3+ years of experience as SAP HCM Consultant and should have worked on
minimum 2 end to end implementations and Support.
* In depth understanding of SAP HR data processes and reporting.
* Strong knowledge and hands-on experience on customizations in SAP-HCM
modules - Organizational Management, Personal Administration, Payroll, Time
Management and Benefits.
* Experience on SAP Employee self-service modules would be a plus

* Experience working in the latest versions, i.e. BW 7.3, Business Objects
4.0.
* Experienced in extracting data from multiple sources, designing data
models
* Experienced in optimizing the use of standard business content and

* Experienced in designing complex solutions, performance tuning and
expertise in writing complex ABAP extractors
