We are currently looking for a Sr. Business Analyst for our client in IL

 

Role: Senior business analysts with Business Process Management experience.

Duration: 12+ Months

Location: Bloomington, IL

Rates: Market

 

 

 

Top Three Skills:

1. 7+ years BPM (Business Process Management) experience/expertise 2. Process modeling and process improvement expertise 3. Business Architecture knowledge (experience creating Business Architecture artifacts)

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
- Requirements gathering and analysis experience
- Business Process Management (BPM) experience/expertise
- Experience/expertise with Business Architecture disciplines (preferably TOGAF based experience) and the development of Business Architecture artifacts
- Process improvement expertise and industry knowledge of techniques/disciplines used to obtain process improvements (Six Sigma, Lean, CMMi)
- Experience with the use of MEGA tool for architecture – Preferred
- Experience with IT process development/management – Highly desirable
- Experience with ITIL disciplines – Highly desirable
