REQUIREMENT:
Requirements and Duties:
Experience in Account Management, Relationship Management and Account penetration.
High energy and confident in building partnership with hiring managers, VP*s, Director of IT, CEO*s and CTO*s of the companies.
Strong leadership qualities to manage and train team of recruiters for US staffing
Need to work EST or PST timings
Client acquisition and management is essential
Should be able to prepare recruitment business plan and realize it in a specified time frame.
Client activities include client development, meeting sales objectives, obtaining requisitions/job orders, building relationships, penetrating client accounts.
Understanding the Client Requirements thoroughly and work hand in hand with the recruitment team to fulfill them.
Require Excellent Written, verbal and communication skills
A minimum of 3-6 years of IT Account Management experience.
Establish Direct Vendor-ship Fortune clients and Big Five for their Software Development or IT staffing needs.
Experience with best methods to reach decision makers and ability to market to them leading to either company being added to the vendor list or requisitions being generated, through either cold calling, email marketing campaigns or other proven past experience.
Consistently build new business relationships through networking, cold calling and warm lead.
Results Oriented, highly motivated individual with self discipline.
