Job Description:
Analyze requirements, procedures, and issues in order to automate Loan processing.
Interact with customer to understand their business needs.
Design and Implement software solutions to meet business requirements.
Fix issues identified during software testing as per the requirement specifications
Mandatory Technical / Functional :
Good hands-on Experience in Building Flex components and/or customize the existing base Flex components.
Good experience with Flex, Spring, Portlet, Hibernate, Java, JDBC, Servlets, JSP, EJB, Java Beans, Struts, HTML, XML, Java Script, Oracle and DB2.
Build and Improve existing software product using Java, Web Technologies, Hibernate (mapping, queries, etc), Flex Action Script

Requirements
- In-depth understanding of Java, J2EE, with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on development experience, having architected highly available Mobile application based system
- A solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, UI Design Patterns and software design, with experience in both client-side and server-side development
- Experience defining system architectures and exploring technical feasibility tradeoffs
- Experienced in protocol design for Mobile networks, including a good understanding of carrier networks, related challenges and constraints
- In-depth understanding of cross-platform application development and porting
- A solid foundation in C, C++, Java , object oriented programming, multi-threaded programming, and network programming
- Self-motivated, independent, and proactive with a demonstrated ability for creative thinking
- Should take a lead in establishing coding best practices , build common components and take an active role in mentoring other team members.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience in a related field with 8+ years of experience building production software, with a minimum of 3 years experience in mobile
Preferred
- Experience in more than one web application server
- Prior experience in working with mobile application frameworks, including PhoneGap, Titanium, Rhodes, or other
- Prior experience in developing complex UI centric applications based on on GWT/SWT/Swing or CocoTouch
- Involvement in the open-source community and an active contributor to open-source projects
- Experience in UI development with a good understanding of user experience design
- In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP, UDP, HTTP, XML-based protocols
- Experience in Web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, etc…)
- Experience in databases design and implementation
- Experience in designing APIs and developing cross platform SDKs
Responsibilities
- Responsible for system architecture and development for new product initiatives and feature development
- Work with business team to understand customer issues and will investigate, prototype and deliver new and innovative system solutions
- Establish architectural principles, select design patterns and then mentor team members on their appropriate application
