Human Resource Mgmt Oracle E-Business Suite Payroll Processing Mgmt
Description of Services:
Technical to Techno-Functional Role-must show strong Oracle Payroll Experience – especially Balance Conversions:
Assist with the conversion of employees from acquired companies to client's Oracle Payroll and Benefits system. Specifically assist with balance conversions. Identify and resolve issues with conversions. Help position for the pending R12 upgrade.
Mandatory Needs:
1. Payroll balance conversion processes. Should have good knowledge of it.
2. Year End Processing for W2.
3. Experience with Payroll Fast Formulas (Accruals, Earnings and Deduction elements) 4. Understanding of the underlying HR/Payroll table structure to write queries for debugging purposes.
5. Able to write interfaces or reports (This is not a must) 6. Familiar with day to day payroll issues:
a. BEE Batch Issues
b. EE and ER element processing issues
c. Generic payroll issues
Deliverables:
• Conversion scripts
• Queries to identify issues
