Job Summary
The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for partnering with the process leads and technical leads on Supply Chain covering Distribution central, contract manufacturer, B2B etc. Take ownership of the functional deliverables and partnering with the process and technical team on fit-gap analysis, design, development, testing and deployment to production.
The right candidate will have a functional knowledge on Order Fulfilment flows, order Management, Oracle Inventory, Pricing, Shipping Execution, BOM, Purchasing, product Costing, contract manufacturer, and understanding of the high tech industry with expertise in the Oracle EBS Module.
Job Requirements
· Review and analyze the business requirements coming out of the Business Process Design phase related to the oracle CRM and supply chain covering EBS Order Management, Purchasing, Inventory, PO, Logistics and B2B Rosetta net messaging standard.
· Technical/Functional Understanding with Oracle EBS (Most module of EBS because NGS ERP Logistics touches entire fulfilment & Inventory Cycle)
· Functional understanding of SOA technologies and B2B Rosette net standard messaging.
· Collaborate with Solution Architect, Functional and technical leads to understand requirement of oracle EBS functions and the current functionality
· Perform feasibility study, functional/technical gap analysis and map the business requirements to "out of box" EBS functionality. Identify and recommend Oracle Standard functionality and industry best practices to address business requirements related to the Oracle CRM and Supply Chain covering Oracle EBS Order Management, Purchasing, Inventory, PO, Logistics and B2B Rosetta net messaging standard.
· Technical/Functional Understanding with Oracle EBS (Most module of EBS because NGS ERP Logistics touches entire fulfilment & Inventory Cycle)
· Functional understanding of SOA technologies and B2B Rosette net standard messaging.
· Collaborate with Functional and technical leads to understand testing requirement of oracle EBS functions and the current functionality
· Collaborate with technical leads to understand and extend the current functionality collaborate with other functional and technical leads on the project to define the E2E solution
· Provide recommendations and guidance to identify & finalize the E2E functional and technical architecture and solution Drive and facilitate functional design discussions and define application architecture
· Take ownership and responsibility for the completion of the standard functional deliverables like the functional design document (MD50), the test document (TE30) and the configuration document (BR100)
Required Skills:
Technical/Functional Understanding with Oracle EBS Order Management, Purchasing, Inventory, PO, Logistics and B2B Rosetta net messaging standard.
Knowledge of oracle SOA integration components
Build/execute project plans and manage/guide project teams using the IT SDLC methodology.
Good understanding on product forecasting and experience on oracle Demantra functionalities, oracle's Rapid Planning.
Education and Experience:
8-10 years of information technology experience of which at least 4-6 years mainly in Oracle E-Business with a focus on EBS
Working experience implementing various processes in the Order Fulfilment, B2B Supply Chain functions. Implementation of Advance Planning modules in oracle ERP
Excellent written and oral communication skills and demonstrated ability to interact with all technical and non-technical members of the organization
Experience working in the Oracle EBS 11.5.10 and R12 environments
