SUMMARY:
We are seeking a hands-on ASP .NET c# Developer to build our new Social Collaborationproduct. The responsibilities include design and development using the technologies such as ASP.NET and C #. This is a great chance to do something new, exciting, and creative! You will help shape the application/architecture that will become the engine driving our company's growth and success.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, develop, and test applications developed using ASP.NET applications.
Develop web applications using .NET technologies with c#.
Requirement to communicate with other product teams for integration
Estimate efforts accurately and deliver quality solutions on time.
Required to stay abreast of evolving technologies.
Provide integration support to other development teams.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
5+ years in ASP.NET
3+ years in C#
5+ years overall experience building software solutions.
5+ years in relational database design and optimization techniques.
5+ years in database programming using T-SQL.
Extensive experience developing web services.
Extensive experience developing Object Oriented applications.
Extensive knowledge of Object oriented Design patterns.
Extensive experience in developing enterprise applications.
Experience with developing search application using Lucene.
Good Knowledge of UI concepts (including localization, security/permissions, customization, error handling, etc.)
Familiarity with Subversion and sound testing practices.
Ability to work independently and as a team player.
Willingness to write documentation and collaborate with teammates.
Goal oriented.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
PREFERRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
Calling web services like SOAP from the client side
AJAX frameworks
Experience developing Web Parts in SharePoint 2010
Scrum development process
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
