Role: SAP Basis/ Oracle Administrator

Location: St. Louis, MO

Duration: 12+ Months

 

{ONLY GC, GC-EAD, OPT-EAD and US Citizen}

Responsible for the implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of SAP based systems. 

Responsibilities:

·         Apply Support Packs to Process Integration (PI) and/or other SAP Systems.

·         Perform requirements evaluation, definition and estimates for delivery team projects.

·         Analyze, develop and maintain data architectures and process models within SAP.

·         Design and implement interfaces between SAP Basis, NetWeaver and external systems.

·         BASIS configuration administration.

·         Provide cutover implementation support.

·         Maintain the SAP Data Dictionary and Oracle database objects.

·         Migrate SAP application programs and data dictionary objects into production.

·         Provide collaboration services to SAP based development and support teams. 

·         Perform SAP systems monitoring and performance tuning. 

·         Perform Oracle database backup and recovery administration.

·         Provide 24x7 emergency SAP Basis support on a rotating schedule.

 

Required Skills:

 

·         3+ years SAP Basis Administration experience.

·         Knowledge in UNIX, Oracle, SQL and CRM systems architecture.

·         Experience defining technical requirements and providing estimates.

·         4+ years of experience in relational and/or hierarchical database technologies.

·         In-depth knowledge of data modeling concepts and client/server technology.

·         Broad knowledge of integrated application development methodology.

·         Effective English written and oral communication skills, excellent problem resolution skills, and must like working in a team environment.

 

Desired Experience / Attributes:

 

·         Knowledge in NETWEAVER and ABAP/JAVA stacks.

·         SAP performance monitoring experience using CCMS.

·         SAP Solution Management.

·         SAP Enterprise Portal.

·         Backup and recovery using RMAN (Oracle Recovery Manager).

·         BS in Information Systems.
