C# Net SQL Developer with ArcGIS
Duration:- 12 Months
Rate:$62.50 per/hr on c2c (MAX)
Location:- Los Angeles, CA
In person interview is a must
Target Start date: September 21, 2013
Target End date: September 20, 2014
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
· Design and develop new .NET applications
· Maintain and support existing .NET applications
· Gather business requirements and provide written documentation, including scope of work, functional specifications, user guides, and user help screens.
· Assist SharePoint architects and administrators in developing custom web parts, SharePoint Designer workflows and Visual Studio workflows.
· Coordinate schedules and resources with users and other members of the team during the planning, design, development, testing and implementation cycles.
· Work with users and the IT team to design the structure of the applications, the data flow and SQL data elements and stored procedures.
· Coordinate with quality assurance staff to ensure system quality and conformance to requirements and specifications.
· Coordinate with IT team and data owners to deploy appropriate user and access security controls.
· Utilize APIs and web services to integrate business applications.
· Incorporate mapping functionality into websites based on ESRI ArcGIS10 or Google Maps.
· Provide application training and knowledge transfer to internal and external users.
Ideal Candidate qualities
· Excellent analytical skills on trouble shooting programming bugs and issues.
· Good knowledge of ADO.NET, IIS, Java script, XML, and HTML pages Ajax.
· Good knowledge of Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) concept.
· Experience with the Ironspeed development platform.
· Experience on project management with the whole project life cycle.
· Used source control utility such as Visual Source Safe.
· Certified in MCSD, MCPD or equivalent certification.
· Experience with Nintex or other workflow products.
· Working experience with GIS Server from ESRI.
· GIS programming experience.
· Experience with Microsoft Team System 2008 or above.
· Understanding of GIS concepts and ESRI's products such as ArcGIS and ArcIMS.
· VBA programming experience using ArcObjects.
