Position - Sr Project Manager

Location - Lansing, MI

Length - 12 Months

Rate: $55/hr on C2C

Skills Required:   

- Solid skills in project scheduling utilizing a project scheduling tool such as MS Project. 

- Solid skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong leadership and communication skills. 

- Ability to communicate technical terminology at levels appropriate to the audience both orally and in writing. 

Skills Preferred:

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. 

Experience Required:   

- 2+ years of experience in project management utilizing a formal project management methodology, 

  including experience in project planning, scheduling, tracking, issue management, 

  risk management, change management, and status reporting.

- 2+ years of experience in project scheduling utilizing a project scheduling tool such as MS Project.

- 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 

Experience Preferred:   

- Experience with State of Michigan SUITE Project Management Methodology (PMM) and 

  System Engineering Methodology (SEM) preferred.
