Job Title : Sr. Quality Assurance Specialist
Location: Nashville, TN
Duration : 6+ Months
MAXRATE : $40/HR ON C2C
Position Description:
Responsible for the creation and execution of automated functional, regression, load application tests in an agile development environment. In addition to leading the QA Automation team, will review existing application functionality, product documentation, and manual test cases to create automated test scripts. Will help to establish, implement and maintain the team's automation quality standards and test systems. Will mentor team members in the areas of test designs, writing automated tests and systems integration, performance, and failover testing.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor Degree in computer related field or equal work experience.
Years of Related Experience: 3-6 Years of Sr. Quality Assurance experience including developing, maintaining and ensuring quality of a web application using a variety of automated testing tools.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Experience using test automation tools for functional, load and performance testing.
Knowledge of open source automated tools and frameworks, such as Selenium or Sahi, and related best practices.
Experience with Software as a Service web-application environments.
Strong knowledge of writing and executing SQL scripts to use in database testing.
Hands-on experience with testing large scale web sites and web services.
Have built out and maintained automation testing frameworks.
Familiar with TDD and Unit Testing.
Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery pipelines
Experience in the QA lifecycle as evidenced by ability to articulate the QA process as well as tangible outputs like test plans, test scripts, bug reports, etc.
Excellent communication, organizational, problem solving, risk analysis, and decision making skills.
Ability to clearly explain findings effectively with strong technical writing skills.
Be a proactive individual that exhibit initiative within a scrum team environment.
