Rate: 40/hr on C2C (there is no flexibility on rate)

Required skills: Microfocus, Cobol, Unix, SQL

Overview: Full life cycle experience is required. This person is needed to analyze requirements, design and build solutions that meet the requirements including unit testing and support resolution of defects found during the testing phases.
