Provide expert level technical support services for a large 3-tier Windows Server environment supporting health care systems.
Responsibilities will include the analysis, support, and integration of BizTalk Server 2010, SQL Server 2008 R2, operating systems (OS) W2K8 R2 or above, directory services (DS), commercial and/or custom developed software systems on physical and virtual server platforms.
Candidate will hold a primary role in the migration of enterprise applications from BizTalk 2006 to BizTalk 2010 and be responsible for infrastructure development and maintenance of a OMH BizTalk remote business continuity site.
Elicit business system requirements using one or more of the following methods: analyze current processes, interview users, conduct JAD sessions or group meetings,review/analyze existing documentation or system artifacts.
Analyze and document business processes (both 'as is' and 'to be' processes)
Develop or maintain system requirements in detailed, clear and well organized functional documents (business requirements documents, business or system use cases, reports) and/or process flow diagrams.
Develop or maintain test plans and detailed test cases. Develop or maintain training or user acceptance testing plans and Tier 1 support guides.
Analyze system documentation and system artifacts to develop an understanding of the associated business process.
Develop detailed functional and system tests from documented system requirements.
Ensure appropriate test coverage by mapping system requirements to test cases. Develop or contribute to the development of regression tests and/or user acceptance tests.
Execute functional and system tests, including regression tests. Participate in user acceptance testing.
Identify and document application defects and track to resolution, performing retesting as required.
Identify and document deficiencies in system documentation (e.g., missing or ambiguous requirements) identified during the testing process.
Daily Tasks will include but are not limited to the following:
1. Provide installation, configuration, integration, and diagnostic services for BizTalk Server 2010, SQL Server 2008 R2, W2K8 / W2K12 operating systems, and commercial or custom developed software systems in a 3-tier Windows Server and Windows Server Clustered environment.
2. Create, configure, and manage servers in a VMware Hosted environment.
3. Provide direct support & technical guidance to OMH software developers, technical staff, facility staff, and contractors employed by the OMH in the development and integration of their systems.
4. Research, recommend, and implement best practices for high availability of production systems including redundancy of systems at a remote business continuity site.
5. Research, recommend, and incorporate the highest security settings possible on all systems configured for the OMH server environment and report possible security issues.
6. Develop detailed documentation of system configurations for reuse by OMH staff.
7. Implement and manage system & software patches across the 3-tier Windows Server enterprise.
Demonstrated experience in designing, installing and implementing the core architecture for Citrix Presentation Server 4x / XenApp including Citrix Receiver & Web Interface.
Experience should include Policy modeling, integration with RSA two-factor authentication, and the installation & configuration of streamed and hosted published applications on XenApp servers for a large enterprise of 8,000 + users.
Demonstrated experience in the installation, configuration, and management of a clustered SQL Server 2008 or better environment of at least 6 servers. The environment must have consisted of at least 3 separate SQL clusters.
Demonstrated experience in the installation, configuration, and support of a Microsoft BizTalk Server platform for a large enterprise (8,000+ users) supporting EDI for financial and HIPAA compliant PHI data.
Demonstrated experience in the installation and configuration of a BizTalk Server 2010 clustered infrastructure which includes a separate BizTalk ESSO cluster.
Demonstrated experience in the migration of applications from BizTalk 2006 to a BizTalk 2010 clustered environment.
Demonstrated experience in the installation and use of the BizTalk ESB Toolkit 2.1 components: 'Business Activity Monitoring' (BAM) and 'ESB Management Portal' for exception handling and failed message routing
Experience configuring the BizTalk adapters: SOAP, SFTP, MLLP, WCF-Custom, WCF-WSHTTP to meet PHI compliant healthcare and secure financial EDI transactions.
Demonstrated experience in designing, managing and maintaining a clustered Microsoft MSMQ 4.0 or better environment supporting an Enterprise Service Bus for a large organization.
Environment must have consisted of at least 3 separate MSMQ clusters running on Windows Server 2008 R2.
Demonstrated experience in the creation and configuration of Windows 2008 R2 Server or better, and Windows Server 2008 R2 Clusters in a VMware Clustered Host virtual environment utilizing SAN attached storage.
