Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

·         Will be responsible for developing and designing Tibco part of middleware integration architecture between our customer's internal systems and third party systems.

·         Will provide the direction to a team of developers onsite and offshore.

·         Will work closely with a Tibco architect and customer's technical leadership team in design and overall technical direction.

Required Skills:

•        4 years of experience in providing SOA and EAI based solutions to medium to large size organizations

•        5- 6 years of experience in TIBCO  Business Works, TIBCO Adapters , EMS

•        6- 8 years of application development and design experience

•        Exposure to J2EE technologies JMS, EJB, JSP, Servlets, Java Beans, JDBC

•        Onsite-offshore team management skill

•        Good communication and customer management skill

Nice to have skills:

•           Exposure to Iprocess / Active Matrix BPM based  work flow applications

•           Exposure Hawk Monitoring and performance tuning

•           Experience in Learning Management systems

•           Prior experience or knowledge in LTI, SCORM, AICC
