* 3-5 years using Actuate eReporting (v 11 preferred)
- Design Layout
- Bind Parameters
- Logic in Report v Query
- Performance tuning
- Synchronous & asynchronous reports
* experience administering / optimizing Actuate iServer
* experience using Actuate BIRT (or Open BIRT)
* 3-5 years using SQL
* 3-5 years using Oracle
* some Java/JavaScript experience
Soft skills
* Excellent Problem-solving skills
* Strong communication skills
* Able to work effectively with junior, offshore developers
