Position: Salesforce Developer
Location: Austin, TX
Duration: year plus.
· 3+ years of experience developing/customizing/implementing Salesforce (prefer advanced developer certified)
· Must have experience preparing technical specifications, detailed design documents, and developing test cases
· Solid understanding of CRM/PRM capabilities and functional areas
· Iterative Design & Prototyping (Agile/SCRUM)
· 3-5 years of Apex and Visualforce experience
· At least 3 years of Web services experience
· Experience with Java and JavaScript
· Provide admin/development support for existing Salesforce implementation
· Proven analytical and problem-solving skills in a technical environment
· Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
· Understand and communicate technical issues and solutions to the business
· Estimate effort (time and duration) of implementation tasks
· Assure high-quality code is implemented and delivered to the QA team; utilizing existing processes for identifying, tracking, and reporting defects
· Experience with third-party tools (e.g. SFDC Excel Connector, SFDC Data Loader, etc)
· Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills are required
· Solid understanding of database concepts and be comfortable with writing ad-hoc DB queries
· Comfortable working within motivated timeframes
· Demonstrated ability to thrive in an unstructured environment
· Excellent teamwork skills and collaboration abilities
