CRM Configuration Manager
Location: Long Beach, CA
Contract: 6-month rolling
Must-haves
- 3-4 years of experience configuring and troubleshooting MS Dynamics CRM (CRM Deployment Configuration tool and the CRM Internet Facing Deployment Configuration Tool, Biztalk used for interface preferred)
- Ability to change and customize the user interface of the web and internal applications using the languages of the .NET framework (on a SQL or MS CRM database)
- Understanding of design and architect of the CRM tool
- Ability to code from scratch and modify code using any of the languages of the .NET framework on a SQL or MS CRM database
- Great Communication
- Experience with CTI (Computer Telephone Interface) - Cisco preferred

Day-to-Day
Client is looking for an MS Dynamincs CRM Configuration Expert for a healthcare provider in the area on Northern Orange County. This person will be joing a team of 30 team members assisting in the configuration of their MS Dynamics CRM tool. The system is fully installed and but only a quarter of the fields have been modified and released. This person will be doing customizing of the remaining fields using .Net and using the CRM Deployment Configuration tool and the CRM Internet Facing Deployment Configuration Tool. This person needs to have experience leading a project or a team for a configuration project. Good understanding of the design and architecture of the system is required.
