PSERS is seeking a system admin who has specific experience with system upgrades and migrations including WIndows 2003 to 2008R2, VMware vSphere 5.0 to 5.5 ESXi from 5.0 to 5.1, and Citrix XenApp to version 6.6.
PSERS is currently working on multiple system upgrades and migrations. They are currently working to upgrade their server infrastructure from the Windows 2003 server operating system to 2008 R2. Additionally, they are upgrading their VMware from vSphere 5.0 to 5.5, ESXi from 5.0 to 5.1, and the Citrix XenApp to the current 6.6 version as well.
Qualified candidates must display experience with server migrations and upgrades, specifically with these technologies/versions to be considered for this position. In addition, meticulous documentation skills are a MUST for this position, and candidates must be prepared to explain in detail the documentation they've been responsible for while performing previous system upgrades and migrations.
