Please find below an urgent position SAP Security in Houston, TX.
Position: SAP Security Consultant
Location: Houston, TX
Duration: 6 + Months
Daily activities:
► Provide daily Security ticket production support for MCK Pharma and MCK specialty users ( ~50, 000 users)
► Areas include but not limited to - Role definition, Role assignment, Standard access report, FF access/removal
► Troubleshooting Security issues in ECC, CRM, BW, SCM and Enterprise portal
► Manage all type of System users and Security health
► Establish ongoing process for role maintenance activities including compliance requirement
► Responsible for identification and remediation of any security gaps in authorization processes
► Send communication to users who have delayed requests providing them with current status, intended actions, and means of follow-up
► Follow-up with approvers on pending requests
► Provide status updates to requesters who have pending requests
► Assist users with request submission and questions
► Assist approvers with questions
► Forward requests when primary approver is on PTO and forgot to delegate to a secondary
► Run metric reports
► Work with other teams, i.e. Service Desk, Security, SAP technical and functional team to drive request closure
SAP Security Skills Required:
► At least 8 years of SAP Security, Authorization related experience in a consultant role
► Must have provided Production Support for large user base in complex SAP environment
► Demonstrable experience in SAP authorizations and designing SAP Security on SAP systems such as ECC, HCM, BI, SolMan, CRM, SRM etc. is a must
► Prior systems audit and/or assurance experience
► Experience in SAP GRC 10
► Able to communicate security-related concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical staff
► Strong knowledge and proficiency with SAP GRC and Internal Controls and Segregation of Duties
► Ability to provide technical advisory as related to SAP Security
► Ability to support SAP Security Audit related requirement/reports
► Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the business
► Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and background in customer service
► Mid-Level Excel skills (for report pulling/manipulation)
